Colleague,
At the COSAC Troika Meeting in S�dert�lje, February 6, it was decided
that a working group dealing with the question of national parliaments
and the European Union should be formed. The result of a questionnaire
concerning the creation of a working group that was sent out by
the Assembl�e Nationale and the S�nat before Christmas shows that
15 delegations are in favour of creating a working group. Read
