The Conference
on Monday 27 January will be held in meeting room 1G3 located on the 1st floor

Chairpersons Meeting on Tuesday 28 January will be held in meeting room 1E2 on
the 1st floor in the Altiero Spinelli building.
Transportation
Transportation
arrangements should be made individually by the participants.
Registration
will take place at the reception of the Altiero Spinelli building upon arrival
at 08.30 - 09.30 in the morning.
All
participants are requested to wear their identity badges throughout the
Conference.
Simultaneous
interpretation will be provided into and from all official EU languages during
the extraordinary meeting on Monday 27 January and into and from Greek, English
and French during the Chairpersons meeting on Tuesday 28 January.
