Statement of COSAC Chairpersons

Representatives of the 27 European National Parliaments and of the European Parliament, meeting today, the 19th February, in Dublin, called on all parties concerned to conclude the Inter Governmental Conference on a Constitutional Treaty for the European Union before the forthcoming European Parliament elections next June.
